Our monitoring facilities received the highest designation for central station monitoring from Underwriters Laboratories (UL). The UL 2050 National Industrial Security System Monitoring Certificate specifies that they meet the standards required to monitor facilities operated by government contractors and integrators who are engaged in security system installations for which a National Industrial Security System Certificate has been issued by the Department of Homeland Security of Secret Service. Avantguard Monitoring is also compliant with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Along with the The Monitoring Association (TMA) Five Diamond certification, Avantguard Monitoring Center has created and implemented its own proprietary, four-tiered training and certification program to ensure the operators provide the fastest, most accurate and most professional response possible to any alarm signal.
