We hope this update finds you and your loved ones safe and well. Two weeks ago, we notified you about how All Systems Integrated is responding to the outbreak of COVID-19. We are sending this update to assure you that we remain open, but under some slightly different guidelines.
Under the ‘Stay Home, Stay Healthy’ order put into effect as of last week, ASI is deemed an essential business. Several of our services include the operation and maintenance of life safety systems, such as security and fire alarm systems, as well as some communications and IT systems deemed essential, such as networking systems. Therefore, we are still responding to these related service calls.
If you are experiencing an issue with a system needed for the security, safety, and basic operation of businesses and homes, please contact us at (253) 770-5570. We will assist you remotely over the phone where possible, and if an onsite service call is requested or deemed necessary, we will reserve an appointment on our schedule for you.
We are asking customers to please advise us of any health situation that may have happened either before their appointment or the day of. We are happy to reschedule any appointments for a later date if you or anyone in your home are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms or are under quarantine for any reason.
Our monitoring center also continues to be open and operational during this time. You can expect the same quality service and 24/7 monitoring we have always provided our customers.
For the time being, all service calls that fall into non-essential categories are exclusively being handled remotely. This includes audio systems, home theater and Control4 automation systems. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues you may be experiencing with these systems. However, for any issues with non-essential systems that cannot be resolved remotely, we ask your understanding in the matter of delaying any on-site service calls until the stay at home order is lifted.
ASI is continuing to practice safe hygiene and social distancing. Our office team is working remotely from home and can answer any calls or emails from you, same as before. While we are responding to essential service calls, we are also allowing technicians to take service calls at their own discretion.
As always, for the safety of our team and yourself, we are asking everyone to please take their health into consideration first and foremost.
